Delegate Shott moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. House Bill No. 4354 -- H. B. 4354 -- A Bill to amend and reenact §60A-2-201 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to drugs; and providing that the sale, wholesale, distribution or prescribing of nabiximol in a product approved by the Food and Drug Administration is permitted and shall be placed on the schedules of controlled substances or descheduled as provided for by the Drug Enforcement Administration.
